This repository is a part of Z604 Semester project. The project topic is - Extracting Causal Relationship between Major Events using Wikipedia Data.

It contains source files of :

• Input Dataset Parser
• Lucene Indexer
• Python scripts for text analysis using different NLP libraries
• Neo4j visualizer script

These components together form a pipleline which generates visual representation of major events from wikkipedia data. This project is a prototype highlighting causal relationship between events. It can be extended to accommodate advanced functionalities and analyze heterogeneous data.
