Requirements

Runtime: jre 1.6 or higher
Development: Netbeans for GUI forms

Description
============
The thumbnail viewer is based on the freedesktop.org specification for 
thumbnail storage and generation. It lists existing thumbnails with
metadata (currently original file) and can be used to delete them.
