Bootstrap code to generate JLaTo's bottom-up and top-down AST classes and interfaces

1. Clone this repository alongside JLaTo's repository.
2. Run org.jlato.bootstrap.Bootstap with -Dpath.to.jlato=<path> where path points to JLaTo's repository.
3. Run org.jlato.bootstrap.BootstapUnitTests with -Dpath.to.jlato=<path> where path points to JLaTo's repository.
