Developer notes:

To build library, run "mvn install" in root directory.

About aggregate project: Project, which aggregates all dependencies from all other projects (for convinient usage with UIMA CVD). Also, contains Launcher class for running AE from IDE, and Aggregate-ae descriptor - arrgregation of all modules.

About old-commons project: Project contains some useful classes, not used for now, but may be useful in future. Not included in any dependencies.
