Startup usage

OptionsTip
 -aCom,--audio_com <arg>     Specify serial COM port for audio streaming
 -cCom,--command_com <arg>   Specify serial COM port for modem AT command
 -h,--help                   Print help for this application
 -p,--play_message           Play recorded message instead to respond with
                             audio from mic
