Welcome to the Acquire open source code repository. Please refer to the Supplementary Materials directory for instructions on deploying Acquire and associated software.

The Acquire Deployment Guide provides instructions on required middleware and environment configurations for Acquire deployments.

The Database Change log details changes made to the CaTissue database schema to accommidate Acquire.

The other documents provided in the Supplementary Materials directory are configuration files for the single sign-on software, CAS which is utilized by both CaTissue and Acquire to provide seemless integration.
