Android Street cleaning reminder app.

Currently requires user to manually enter cleaning time.

TODO: Short term:

1. shorten address
2. allow configurable warning times (?)

Medium term:

1. allow user to pick location
2. Clean up time selection

Long term:

1. Fill in cleaning time automatically
