Assuming a fresh ubuntu-14.04.1 installation:

sudo apt-get install cmake
sudo apt-get install libboost-all-dev
sudo apt-get install build-essential
sudo apt-get install g++
sudo apt-get install aptitude

sudo apt-get install libncurses5-dev
sudo apt-get install flex bison
sudo apt-get update

download the zip file and extract it in your Desktop
