GeStore is a system for

• Enabling incremental updates for unmodified bioinformatics tools
• Managing large meta-databases

Installation requirements:

• Java JDK 1.7+
• Maven

Runtime requirements:

• Hadoop MapReduce
• HBase
• ZooKeeper

To install:

• Install Maven
• Run mvn package
• Copy target/gestore-0.1.jar to where you want to execute it
