 - ./build -p                       (to see build targets)
 - ./build sanity                   (do a dev build, less the twist tests)
 - ./build db:insert-fake-data      (to add fake data)
 - ./build db:start                 (start the db)
 - launch the app within the IDE, run org.sukrupa.app.SchoolAdminApp#main()
 - visit http://sukrupa.localhost:8080/
