Refactored Version (WIP) Distributed Incremental Consequence Finding project working dir is dcif/Etude

run tests with nosetest and other scripts

more verbose later

run python setup.py install to install dependencies for the project,

the script are initially in the bin folder and should be run with the command python but that will change.
